    I am a mindfulness trainer, coach and birth doula and have been supporting individuals, groups and families in the making, through the practice of mindfulness, (self-) compassion and nature connection since 2015. With a background of 15+ years in the corporate world, I am aware of the challenges of working in a demanding environment and the threats this can pose to one’s well-being.

     

    Of French origin, I’ve had the privilege of living in many different countries, working with various cultures, and continue to enjoy teaching international and diverse groups. My style is warm and nurturing - holding a safe space comes naturally to me.

     

    I offer the MBSR program in English language and I also teach the MBCP program to support expecting couples. My own experience of becoming a mother brought me to train as a mindful birthing teacher and doula as I feel mindfulness has a very positive influence on birth and the hugely important role of parenting the next generation. A few times a year, I co-host a retreat combining mindfulness, coaching and conscious movement (including yoga, pilates, dance) to support individuals to live more mindfully, purposefully and encourage compassionate action.

     

    ​I strongly believe in the power of sharing authentically as a community and host regular mindfulness circles and nature walks for continuous connection with ourselves, others and the natural world. Finally, I support individuals on a private basis in my own practice, Experience Mindfulness, both as a somatic coach and as a birth doula.
