Age Suitability and Youth Use

Dawn (officially trademarked as "Dawn DTx" and formerlly known as AmDTx) is made available to the public through app distribution platforms such as the Apple App Store. Public availability of the application follows the age ratings and suitability classifications assigned by the platform provider. These age ratings are intended to reflect appropriateness for unsupervised consumer use and may vary by region.

In addition to general consumer availability, Dawn has been evaluated in ethics-approved clinical research studies that include adolescent participants. Clinical studies have enrolled participants as young as 12 years of age. Such evaluation occurs exclusively within formal clinical or research settings and is not representative of unsupervised public use.

When Dawn is evaluated in clinical or research settings involving adolescents, participation occurs under additional safeguards, including ethics approval, supervision by qualified healthcare professionals or research teams, parental or legal guardian consent where applicable, structured study protocols, and compliance with applicable privacy and data protection standards.

Peer-reviewed scientific research has been published describing the evaluation of Dawn-related digital interventions in adolescent populations. These studies are conducted within controlled clinical environments and should not be interpreted as an indication of unrestricted consumer use by minors.

Use of Dawn, and other digital products developed by Mobio Interactive, by minors outside of supervised clinical or research contexts should follow the age ratings, guidance, and terms presented by the applicable app store and by healthcare professionals. The application is not intended to be used independently by minors without appropriate supervision.
