I have extensive experience in the fields of dance movement therapy and expressive arts therapy, and have held many meditation and holistic healing workshops. I especially enjoy organising offline events, including spiritual concerts, in inspiring locations like museums and natural surroundings.
My experience with contemplative practices first emerged from exposure to body-mind techniques while traveling around the world. I soon felt compelled to facilitate the integration of meditation into modern daily life, so that others can benefit as I have.
