Professional with an extensive Project and Outsourcing Management experience from 26 years at Accenture. He led several transformations in SCM, IT and analytics as well as smaller projects from IT strategy to M&A assessments. He led a team of 450 Data Scientists working across the North America, South America, Europe and APAC.

A wide experience covering most aspects of a project or service life cycles and an integrated view on how they are more successful. Developed a strong capability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and organizations. 

Focused on Building Intelligent and Human Organizations by applying end-to-end approaches for organizations to successfully implement and exploit solutions. 

The experiences include most tasks a project or a service program requires. Including providing sponsorship, value case management, project management, solution architecture, build tasks, change management tasks, testing, process and organization design, service definitions and service leadership to mention some.

Worked closely with key suppliers in (Azure, Amazon, Google, SAP,…) and with Start-up’s with their Innovation and niche relevance. 

His hobby the last decade has been psychology and the impact of new technologies on Organizations, Society and Individuals as seen under one triangle (trinity). Currently I work as Independent Advisor as well as in his own Counseling and psychotherapy practice.
