My healthcare experience spans Pharma, Devices, and Biosimilars across Diabetes, Oncology, Ophthalmology, and Hospital Care. In my most recent role at Biocon Biologics, one of Asia’s largest biotech companies, I was the Chief Strategy Officer and member of the C-suite executives. In this role I co-created the vision and the corporate strategy which served to inspire 4,500 colleagues towards transformational growth. I oversaw the execution of the strategy though impact goals mapped to tasks and resources through a zero-based budgeting exercise.
