Gavin Eichholz
I am a qualified corporate mindfulness educator/facilitator with extensive knowledge, understanding and training in mindfulness both formally and through working with mindfulness teachers and supervisors for over 20 years in Australia, Thailand, South Africa and America.
I have also been a Chartered Accountant since 2001 and have a broad range of experience in various industries. This has allowed me to personally apply mindfulness in the workplace and experience its many benefits. I thus have practical understanding of how mindfulness can be used in the workplace for building resilience to stress, more effective focused attention and emotional regulation.
My passion is sharing the insights and benefits of mindfulness with others through workplace training. I have facilitated mindfulness training in a variety of different sectors including financial services, advertising, management consulting, manufacturing, not-for-profit and state government.
I am also a mindfulness-based coach and have a Masters in Counselling and Applied Psychotherapy. I work with clients to increase their level of self-awareness and to gain more clarity and confidence with various life issues. My work is influenced by neuroscience, focusing, mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have also been a telephone counsellor with LifeLine Australia.
