As Sales Operations Manager at Mobio, I bring a background in both clinical mental health counseling and technology sales excellence together with the mission of optimizing our sales systems and processes and empowering us to grow the reach and impact of our products. 

I have a Master’s Degree in Counseling with an emphasis in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Colorado at Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Southern Nazarene University (Oklahoma). Prior to my sales career, I worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor treating children, adults, and family systems for a range of presenting concerns, including mood and behavioral disorders, family conflict, and crisis response. After making the move to technology sales, I worked as a Sales Development Representative for a few different SaaS and Professional Services companies. From there, I was promoted to Sales Operations Manager at Toloka AI, which was my most recent position prior to joining Mobio. At Toloka, I supported our sales team in optimizing processes, establishing a source of truth for deals data, pipeline tracking and development, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing, service delivery, and business operations. 

I live in Castle Rock, Colorado (USA) with my husband, our two year old son, and our four cats. Outside of work time, I enjoy amateur wildlife and nature photography, and I am a local community organizer and activist.
