I am a mindfulness educator and facilitator, committed to transformational educational programs for a kinder, wiser and inclusive world. I am trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness and Compassion and as a Yoga teacher. I also have a Masters in Health and Social Wellbeing, focusing on Buddhist praxis, mindfulness research and its application in professional settings.

I have over 15 years of experience in attending silent retreats and personally applying mindfulness in contemporary life. I provide advice on mindfulness-based tools and strategies for organisational, leadership and employee wellbeing, resilience and emotional awareness to support sustainable performance and engagement. These programs are based on my own career challenges and insights, experiential practice and research evidence and are delivered across sectors including workplaces, educational institutions and community settings.

I am also an experienced senior executive and non-executive director with the South Eastern Sydney Local Health District Board and previously NFPs in the disability and environmental sectors. I am a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD).
