Laura Ardila (Lala Ardila)

"Everything can be solved with a breath. Inhale, exhale, smile."
More Details

Hello! I’m Lala (Laura Ardila). A mom, wife, and very active, nerdy, and curious engineer.

Fifteen years ago, when I became pregnant, I started practicing yoga to have a mindful pregnancy, aiming to transmit tranquility to my baby. And boy, he the best baby in the world!

But then, I forgot about myself! I had a work-related stress crisis (Burnout), tore my Achilles tendon, and discovered that I had lost a bone in my hand. So, I decided to take a break from my life and went to India to get certified as a Hatha Yoga instructor, focusing on changing the bad habits I had and learning how to manage my stress.

kept studying every yoga course that came my way—meditation, anatomy, neuroscience, breathing techniques, existential coaching—everything that would give me the tools to live a life full of harmony and tranquility. I’ve been sharing everything I’ve learned for 7 years, and I can guarantee that you don’t need to go to an ashram or escape the concrete jungle like I did.

You just need to learn how to breathe.

Inhale, exhale, and smile.
