Lydia Vorona
I am a professional educator and experienced mindfulness teacher, working with individuals and organisations, supporting them to develop greater resilience and wellbeing. As a professional and accredited educator, with almost twenty years working in the corporate sector, I offer a wealth of experience as a facilitator and presenter. Above all, I am a practitioner, passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation and a range of somatic practices that have personally helped me find more balance and vitality, including Iyengar Yoga and Qi Gong.
I have extensive experience teaching Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and I am also qualified to teach MBSR-T and have MBCT training. I am fully certified with MTIA, Mindfulness Training Institute of Australasia, part of a global teacher training network linked with the Centre for Mindfulness USA. As a qualified iRest Instructor, I also offer programs to ease trauma and PTSD.
I am an associate of Mindfulness Works Australia, one of Australia’s leading mindfulness training organisations and Mind with Heart International, delivering specialised programs to support the mental health and wellbeing of teachers and students
