A moment of personal crisis brought me closer to meditation and yoga, where I found tools that changed my life and my professional direction. I have been sharing these practices of self-knowledge, health and well-being for thirteen years with rigor, ethics and love, always using friendly, simple language and knowledge based on scientific evidence.
In 2014, I had the honor of introducing to Colombia the MBSR Mindfulness Stress Reduction Program protocol created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and to date I have shared it with hundreds of people. Likewise, I have developed different formats to bring mindfulness and yoga to organizations, individuals and groups such as brief conscious breaks, workshops, talks, programs, retreats, courses, and audiovisual material, always adapted to the client's needs.
Today, it has been more than a decade teaching mindfulness and yoga to individuals, groups and companies both in virtual and in-person formats, in Spanish and English. I am Certified instructor in Mindfulness MBSR for Stress Reduction (UMass CFM), trained teacher in Mindfulness and Self-Compassion MSC (CMSC USD) and certified teacher in Hatha Yoga and Hatha Raja Yoga with Yogalife International and Happy Yoga Colombia.
