I am a teacher by calling and I became a clinical psychologist out of love for life. My academic training is in the field of behavioral-cognitive therapy and I specialize in Mindfulness and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I am currently enrolled in Bangor University’s Master’s program for Mindfulness-Based Interventions, in the UK. This has deepened my passion for knowledge-sharing and the practice of mindfulness as a tool to promote well-being in individuals, including myself.
