I met mindfulness in 2014, after graduating in Psychology (Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo) and, since then, have been dedicated to my own personal practice and also dedicating myself to professional improvement in the area. In 2015, during my first postgraduate study at a General Hospital in Brazil (Ribeirão Preto Medical School University Hospital, University of São Paulo), I started scientific research on the practice of mindfulness.
Since 2016, I have been offering mindfulness training with proposals aimed at improving quality of life, wellbeing, and autonomy, through practices that help to get out of the autopilot mode that we often live in. During this journey, I had the opportunity to facilitate mindfulness training in various environments such as academic, corporate, and healthcare, such as the University of São Paulo and Google Brazil.
In 2018, I complete my Masters at the Ribeirão Preto Medical School, University of São Paulo, with scientific research on the effects of interventions based on mindfulness, entitled "The effects of a mindfulness program for primary healthcare professionals: a study before and then." I am currently doing a PhD at the University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing, researching mindfulness and mental health.
I am a Senior Mindfulness Instructor (UNIFESP and Mindfulness Trainings International), a full member of the Center for Mindfulness and Integrative Therapies (University of São Paulo at Ribeirão Preto College of Nursing), a member of Group of Studies and Research in Mental Health at the University of São Paulo, and founding partner of Mindful Space, Mindfulness Studio, together with Graziela Valle.
Effective and accessible healthcare for every human.
