Fascinated by the healing powers of yoga and seeing the change it can bring to anybody’s life, I decided to become a full-time Therapeutic Yoga Instructor. My work blends Traditional & Therapeutic Yoga, Breathing Techniques, Floor Yoga, Chair Yoga, Meditation & Stress Management, Laughter yoga, prenatal, postnatal and mindfulness practices to help people manage stress, chronic ailments and emotional imbalances. My expertise lies in customized Yoga based on an individual’s requirement, capability, and physical condition. I conduct these customized programs with compassion and care, that give maximum benefits, through a combination of breathing techniques, asanas, relaxation techniques, and meditation that are simple yet effective. I believe in tweaking the lifestyle of people who are unhappy because of being overweight, suffering from diabetes, thyroid, hypertension, etc. in the form of some simple asanas, proper breathing, and proper diet along with a positive mindset.
